How do I get started?

  • Click on the ADVERTISE button
  • Select HOME OWNER or ESTATE AGENT
  • Enter the requested personal details
  • Estate agents: you will be asked to add your agency and branch details unless already entered
  • You will then be given a user ID which you can use to login at any time. A record of this will be sent to you in a Confirmation Email. Before logging in for the first time you will need to click the link in your Confirmation Email to activate your account.

I did not receive my Confirmation Email

The Confirmation Email will automatically be sent to you within 5 minutes of registering. It is highly unlikely that an error with the system will occur. If you have not received your Confirmation Email, it is possible that you entered your email address incorrectly. Please go back and register again. When entering your email address please be certain to double check your email address before proceeding. If the problem persists please feel free to contact us.

How do I advertise my property to my profile?

  • Click on the login button
  • Enter your user ID
  • Click on add property
  • Enter the relevant information by following the instructions
  • Your photographs will be automatically resized for you by using the crop and direction tools.

The area and suburb options are not loading?

When using certain browsers like FireFox, we have experienced problems with keeping up with their periodic upgrades. Basically the system needs a little nudge to load the information. The best way to do this is to load a picture between selecting each area or suburb. When you return to the loading page you will find that the information would have loaded and is ready to be selected.
